How to make Ginger Turmeric Tea

It’s ridiculously simple and a cinch—and don’t even require a culinary guru to make it work in your kitchen!

  1. A 1.5 inches of fresh turmeric
  2. A 1.5 inches of fresh ginger
  3. A wedges of lemon
  4. 4 cups of filtered water
  5. A dash of black pepper
  6. 1/8 teaspoon of coconut oil (ghee works too, if that’s your go-to preference)
  7. A little honey and maple syrup (just a little sweeten-ing, optional, of course!)

Directions:

  1. Go about washing your fresh turmeric and ginger under a faucet of water well, and don’t even peel them, I simply give them a quick washing and bypass peeling.
